Customers only choose Male or Female. You can now use the expanded GPT-Live voice set for live calls. For a more grounded masculine character, audition Meridian, Vesper, Stone or Cinder. Live-only voices are tested by placing a short call.

CallFocus uses GPT-Live 1. Additional regional voices marked Live only work on calls but are not available through the separate speech endpoint used for voice notes. If one is selected, voice notes automatically use cedar for Male or marin for Female so they never fail.

Credit access

Unlimited credit users

Add an account email here to exempt that user from CallFocus credit deductions for both live calls and voice notes.

Email address

The email must match the email used on the customer’s CallFocus account. Unlimited access is saved immediately when you add or remove an email. The email must exactly match the customer’s CallFocus account email.

Changes saved here are global. New calls use them immediately. Active calls keep the settings they started with.

A protected browser backup will also be kept automatically.

Live voice engine check

Use this if customers see “Server unavailable.” It checks the API key, GPT-Live access, KV binding and the last Live session result without exposing your secret key.
